White Sauce
A quick white sauce, with real food ingredients—no need for added oils or preservatives here.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Savory Herb Gravy Mix or Nourish Broth Mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups cold milk
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
- Sea Salt, optional
- Black Pepper, optional
Preparation
- In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk gravy mix and milk.
- Cook 2 minutes on high, stir, then cook 2 more minutes.
- Stir in Minced Garlic and season, if desired.
- In a saucepan, whisk gravy and milk.
- Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until thickened.
- Stir in Minced Garlic and season, if desired.
