White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 12 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 12 cup packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 14 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 cup white chocolate chips
  • 12 cup toasted and coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, or any kind

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Cream butter with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture, mixing to create dough. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Drop dough by teaspoonful 2” apart onto Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for 10 minutes.
