West Coast Grilled Salmon Burger

A West Coast favourite grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz/120 g) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Salmon Rub
  • 14 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 red onion ring slices

Preparation

  • Brush salmon with oil, then sprinkle with Salmon Rub.
  • Place on grill and barbecue over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Stir mayonnaise with Creamy Ranch Dip Mix and spread on bottom halves of buns. Cover with lettuce and onions. Place salmon on top.
