Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 12 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cubed, roasted yams or sweet potatoes
  • 14 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 12 cup toasted pecan halves
  • 13 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Place salad ingredients in serving bowl in order listed.
  • Drizzle with warm salad dressing.
  • Add coarsely ground Black Pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
