This is the most delicious veggie burger you've ever tasted!

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 12 avocado
  • 12 red onion
  • 4 cups baby spinach or mixed greens
  • 2 cups zucchini noodles
  • 1 recipe prepared Veggie Burger, made into sliders
  • 12 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 12 cups hot water, divided
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 pkg Veggie Burger Mix
  • 12 lemon
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 14 cup prepared Big Burger Sauce, optional
  • 2 tbsp Big Burger Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 34 cup prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Cut tomatoes into wedges, slice avocado and slice onion into rings.
  • Arrange tomatoes, avocado, onion, baby spinach, zucchini, Veggie Burger sliders, and shredded cheddar in four bowls.
  • Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
