Ultimate Asian Sauce

This makes a great marinade or dipping sauce for chicken, salmon, tofu or pork. Also fantastic as a dressing for coleslaw or leafy green salads.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed chilies

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a Cruet and shake vigorously to mix.
  • Sauce will keep well refrigerated for up to one week.
