Twice-baked Caesar Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1⁄4 cup cream
- 1 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Scrub potatoes and pierce several times with a fork. Place in Round Steamer and microwave for 5–7 min, until easily pierced with a fork.
- Split potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop out potatoes leaving a 1⁄4" thick shell.
- Mash potato with butter, cream, Caesar Dressing Mix. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper. Spoon into potato shells and top each with grated cheese.
- Place potatoes on an Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
