Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 12 bell pepper, cut small
  • 3 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix, or dip mix of your choice
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, blend first four ingredients.
  • Divide filling and spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up tortillas.
  • Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
