Tiny Baked Mac & Cheese
A dish that’s both perfect for entertaining and fun for kids!
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
- 1⁄3 cup milk, your choice
- 1 pkg Mac & Cheese Seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter, optional
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese, your choice
- 1⁄2 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix, about 1/3 cup
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- In Multipurpose Pot set over high heat, boil pasta until tender, about 6–8 min. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir in milk, seasoning, and butter, if using. Stir to coat. Spoon into six ramekins. Top with cheese, then sprinkle with coating mix. Place on Sheet Pan and bake 5 min until cheese has melted and top is golden.
