Tex-Mex Pizza
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup molasses
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 (12 in/30 cm) pre-baked pizza shell
- 1 tsp sriracha seasoning
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1⁄2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Spoon Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce over pizza shell.
- Toss the sriracha seasoning with the chicken. Add chicken and tomatoes to pizza.
- Top with mozzarella and bake approximately 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
