Ingredients

  • 34 cup Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 (12 in/30 cm) pre-baked pizza shell
  • 1 tsp sriracha seasoning
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 12 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 34 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Spoon Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce over pizza shell.
  • Toss the sriracha seasoning with the chicken. Add chicken and tomatoes to pizza.
  • Top with mozzarella and bake approximately 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
