Sylvie’s Steamer Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 12 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

  • Prepare filling by blending the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Prepare crust by combining graham cracker crumbs with butter. Press into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer.
  • Spoon filling over crust. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 min.
  • Remove lid and let cheesecake cool completely before removing from pan and cutting into squares or slices.
