Surf & Turf Sheet Pan Dinner For Two

Ingredients
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp SPG Seasoning, divided
- 1 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
- 2 (4 oz/113 g) boneless sirloin steaks
- 4 large shrimp
- 1⁄2 lb (225 g) green beans, trimmed
- 1⁄4 cup Hollandaise Sauce, optional
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 pkg Hollandaise Sauce Mix
- 1 cup water
Preparation
- Set oven to broil with rack in the middle of the oven. Lightly brush Sheet Pan with oil (do not use liner).
- Thinly slice unpeeled potatoes and arrange on one side of pan, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with 1⁄2 tbsp SPG Seasoning. Sprinkle Beef & Steak Seasoning over both sides of steaks; place steaks on pan. Broil 5–7 min, until steaks start to brown.
- Remove pan from oven and flip steaks. Add shrimp in the shape of hearts (2 shrimp per heart) and green beans to pan; sprinkle with remaining SPG Seasoning. Broil 6 min, until steaks start to char slightly and reach an internal temperature of 125° F (for medium-rare).
- If desired, spoon Hollandaise Sauce over steak, shrimp, and veggies before serving.
