Steamer French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk, your choice
- 1⁄2 tsp Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon
- 2 slices bread
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon.
- Tear bread into pieces and add to egg mixture.
- Pour into Omelet Maker. Close and microwave on high, about 2 min.
- Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
