Spicy Hot Chocolate with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch crushed chilies
  • 12 cup dark Belgian chocolate

Preparation

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Warm over medium heat until milk begins to steam. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Place dark Belgian chocolate in mixing bowl. Strain hot milk mixture over chocolate.
  • Return mixture to Pot. Using a wooden spoon, stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted.
  • Pour into heated mugs. Serve with a cinnamon stick in each mug, if desired.
