Spicy Grilled Pineapple with Summer Berry

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 recipe prepared Summer Berry Sweet Dip
  • 2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, to garnish

Preparation

  • To prepare pineapple, cut off both ends, remove peel, and cut out the hard center core. Slice into thick slices.
  • Brush pineapple with oil. Grill on medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until marks appear and the fruit softens.
  • Sprinkle with topper and serve with sweet dip.
