Spiced Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 12 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 14 tsp Cinnamon
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 cup icing sugar

Preparation

  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer or wooden spoon to beat cream cheese with butter until smooth. Beat in spice and vanilla.
  • Beat in icing sugar, one spoonful at a time, until smooth. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
  • Spread over loaves, cakes, and cupcakes.
