Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pkg Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Meanwhile, cut chicken into pieces. Coat chicken with oil. Place crumb mix in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Add one piece of chicken at a time, shaking gently until evenly coated. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15–17 min or until cooked through.
