Soothing Caesar

Refresh on a hot summer’s day by reviving your senses with this unique twist on the ordinary Caesar. We make it extraordinary.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) tomato juice
  • 1 cup cold brewed Elderflower Cordial Tea
  • 1 cup boiling or cold water
  • 1–2 bags Elderflower Cordial Herbal Tea Blend
  • Ice cubes, optional
  • 1⁄4 cup club soda, optional
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Aioli Mix or Chili Seasoning
  • Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, to taste
  • Sea Salt
  • ice cubes

Preparation

  • Rim two glasses with Sea Salt; fill with ice cubes.
  • In a large pitcher, combine vodka, tomato juice, cold tea, mix, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Pour over ice in glasses and add toppings, if desired.
