Soft Cocoa Cookies with White Belgian Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 13 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 23 cup skim milk
  • 23 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a medium mixing bowl. Beat in egg, salt and vanilla extract.
  • Combine flour, cocoa and Baking Powder in a separate mixing bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to the creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition. When smooth, stir in white chocolate.
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter onto Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner, and bake for 10 minutes.
