Sheet Pan Easy Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp Fajita Seasoning or Taco Seasoning
- Sea Salt , if desired
- Black Pepper , if desired
- 1 1⁄2 lb (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 16 small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- In a small bowl combine oil and Fajita Seasoning. Season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
- Toss chicken, veggies, and oil mixture together on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.
- Serve with tortillas and your favorite fixings.
