Sheet Pan Easy Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp Fajita Seasoning or Taco Seasoning
  • Sea Salt , if desired
  • Black Pepper , if desired
  • 1 12 lb (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 16 small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  • In a small bowl combine oil and Fajita Seasoning. Season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
  • Toss chicken, veggies, and oil mixture together on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.
  • Serve with tortillas and your favorite fixings.
