Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (690 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pork, or lamb, cut into strips
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 12 lemon
  • 8 pitas, warmed

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Meanwhile, slice chicken into strips.
  • Slice pepper into thin strips.
  • Place chicken and peppers in a bowl; add seasoning and oil. Using the 2-in-1 Citrus Press squeeze in 2 tbsp juice from lemon. Stir to mix.
  • Spread out on prepared pan. Roast until chicken is cooked through and peppers are tender, 15 min.
  • Serve in warm pitas with Classic Greek Salad and Dillicious Tzatziki.
