Sesame Ginger Beef Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 23 lb (300 g) sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 red or white onion, peeled and cut into even wedges
  • 12 medium whole fresh mushrooms
  • 12 recipe prepared Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • bamboo skewers, pre-soaked in water to prevent scorching
  • sesame seeds, to taste

Preparation

  • Combine steak, onion, and mushrooms with Sesame Ginger Dressing in a medium-size mixing bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, and up to 2 days.
  • Alternately thread steak, onion wedges, and mushrooms onto bamboo skewers.
  • Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Grill kebabs turning often for 6–8 minutes, or until cooked as you like.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
