Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens, or baby spinach leaves
  • 12 recipe prepared Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • sesame seeds, to taste

Preparation

  • Place greens in a large mixing bowl, and drizzle just enough Sesame Ginger Dressing overtop to coat (add more if desired).
  • Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
