Sencha Tea Sauce and Marinade
Use as a marinade, and also cook fish or chicken right in the sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cup boiled hot water
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and stemmed, optional
- 2 tbsp unsweetened, toasted shredded coconut
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Add Tea and Minced Garlic to water. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour into a food processor (with Tea and Minced Garlic). Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste.

Tips
