Sautéed Zucchini and Tomato

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 12 cups roughly chopped unpeeled zucchini
  • 1 12 cups roughly chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Heat a frying pan to medium-high. Add vegetable oil and sauté zucchini for about 4 minutes, or until pleasantly browned on all sides.
  • Add tomato and Marinara Sauce Mix and sauté an additional 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and season with Sea Salt and Pepper.
  • Serve immediately.

Tips
