Saucy Stampede BBQ Meatballs

Get ready for a mouth-watering feast with these saucy meatballs! Packed with protein, iron, and essential nutrients, ground beef is a nutritious choice for a satisfying meal. Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg Pulled Pork Seasoning, divided
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 23 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 12 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, using a fork, combine beef and 2 tbsp seasoning. Form into 16 meatballs (about a scant 2 tbsp each).
  • Arrange in a single layer in Round or Multipurpose Steamer (it’s OK if they touch). Cover; microwave on high for 4 min or until cooked.
  • Meanwhile, in the Wok add remaining seasoning, ketchup, water, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer over medium heat until sauce is combined and starts to bubble. Remove from heat.
  • When meatballs are cooked, carefully drain and discard liquid from bottom of steamer. Add meatballs to wok; stir to coat with sauce.
