Satay Chicken & Red Onion Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (227 g) cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 red onion, cut into small chunks
  • 13 cup Satay Sauce, prepared

Preparation

  • Coat chicken with oil and seasoning.
  • Skewer chicken and onions.
  • Nestle skewers into slots of a skewer maker; stack layers. If making ahead, cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • Microwave on high until cooked through, about 3–4 min, depending on thickness of ingredients. Serve with sauce for dipping.
