Salad with Warm Herb & Garlic Dressing

This simple green salad can be assembled and stored, covered, in the fridge. Add dressing immediately before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Boston lettuce, or 6 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 14 cup diced red pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or sea salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation

  • Place lettuce in serving bowl. Top with red pepper.
  • Whisk together oil, vinegar and dip mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Quickly warm in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
  • Drizzle over salad and toss quickly to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan overtop and serve immediately.
