Sage & Apple & Cranberry Stuffing

Subtle sage and fall apple are the perfect flavour pairing for cozy winter dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups Nourish Broth, or Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 12 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 5 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Boil celery for 3 minutes in Broth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine bread, apple, and Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning.
  • Pour Broth mixture over bread mixture, and stir to combine.
  • In a large, lightly buttered casserole dish, bake until golden, approximately 25 minutes.

Tips

Prep and freeze up to 3 weeks ahead, then bake in a large casserole dish to serve on the side.
