Preparation
Melt Chocolate in stainless-steel bowl over hot water.
Mix in sugar, rum and corn syrup. Stir in chocolate wafer crumbs, Cinnamon and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Scrape down sides of bowl, cover and refrigerate until mixture is firm.
Form into 1” balls, roll in your choice of cocoa, icing sugar, ground nuts, chocolate wafer crumbs or chocolate sprinkles.
Layer in an airtight container, placing a sheet of parchment paper between layers. Rum balls will keep for up to 1 month in freezer.
