Rosemary Garlic Mushrooms

A perfect topping for burgers or steaks.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (1 kg) small button mushrooms
  • 12 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth. Trim the woody ends from the stem.
  • Melt butter in heavy sauté pan, add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Seasoning.
  • Add mushrooms, toss to coat. Cook at high heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
