Romaine and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn or cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

  • With a Piano Wire Whisk, whisk prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette with Dijon-style mustard in mixing bowl. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
  • Add romaine lettuce and green onions, tossing to coat.
  • Top with crumbled blue cheese and serve. Excellent served with grilled steak.
