Roasted Root Veggie Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (680 g) assorted root vegetables, such as carrots, parsnips, and red onions
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, or your choice of Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, optional
  • Black Pepper, optional

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Adjust oven rack to middle.
  • In mixing bowl, combine chopped root vegetables with vegetable oil, Seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread vegetables evenly over crisper and roast for 40 minutes. Vegetables should be fork tender but not soft when done.
