Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 lb (450 g) asparagus spears, trimmed
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Mix olive oil, Herb & Garlic Dip Mix, and Vegetable Seasoning. Brush olive oil mixture over asparagus spears and generously season with Sea Salt and Pepper. Spread over Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast in oven for about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
