Refreshing Sencha Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 12 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 12 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 12 cup Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, strong brewed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a Cruet.
  • Place watermelon in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the goat cheese and pistachios.
  • Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and serve.
