Red Velvet Cookies

Kids will love the sweet, vanilla flavour with subtle notes of cocoa. The deep red colour comes from all-natural beetroot powder!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Ruby Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice
  • 12 cup chocolate chips, optional

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  • In large bowl, combine cupcake mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Using 2 tbsp as a guide, scoop batter into balls and place on pan 1" apart.
  • Bake 12 min, or until edges start to brown slightly. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
  • Store leftover cookies in the refrigerator with parchment paper inserted between layers of cookies to prevent sticking.
