Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups water
  • 34 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Quickles Pickling Mix
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 sliced red onion

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, pickling mix, and salt.
  • Boil, then simmer for 5 min.
  • Pour over sliced onion. Chill before serving.
