Ingredients
- 1 cup packed medjool dates, about 12 dates
- 1⁄2 cup nut butter such as natural peanut butter, almond, or nut-free alternative
- 1⁄2 cup hemp hearts

- 4 tbsp milk, or dairy-free alternative
Preparation
- Remove pits from dates; coarsely chop. Place dates, nut butter, hemp hearts, protein powder, and milk in a food processor. Pulse just until combined and dough is slightly sticky, about 20–30 sec.
- Portion dough into 12 balls; roll in desired toppings.
- Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
