Peppery Maple Salmon Wraps

Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3s that promote heart health and overall well-being.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole-grain tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 Peppery Maple Salmon, portions prepared and sliced
  • 3 tbsp Salmon Rub
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, coarsely ground
  • 4 (5 oz/150 g) salmon fillets
  • 1 - 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 12 tbsp Honey Mustard

Preparation

  • Place a wrap on each plate.
  • Place 1⁄4 cup of lettuce on the right half side of the tortilla. Top with Peppery Maple Salmon and drizzle with Honey Mustard.
  • Bring the left side of the tortilla over the right, wrap, roll, slice and serve.
