Parsnip & Carrot Oven Fries

These are delicious, with a slightly sweeter taste than potatoes, and just as satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 medium carrots, peeled
  • 2 - 3 parsnips, peeled
  • 1 tbsp SPG Seasoning, or your choice
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Cut carrots and parsnips in half, widthwise, and then cut into sticks.
  • Place in a bowl with seasoning and oil, tossing to coat.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a crisper. Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly crispy, but cooked.
