Oatmeal Coconut Haystacks

Ingredients

  • 12 cup honey
  • 12 cup butter
  • 14 cup low-fat milk
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 12 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups shredded, sweetened, coconut

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl; melt honey, butter and milk in the microwave for 50 seconds on HIGH.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, cocoa powder, rolled oats and coconut.
  • Divide mixture evenly between sections of a Perfect Petites. Press in lightly. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Flip mold onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out haystacks.
