Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced frozen bananas
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 14 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 14 tsp Cinnamon or Churro Popcorn Seasoning , or eggnog spice or nutmeg

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or Shaker.
