Ingredients

  • 1 (12 in/ 30 cm) store bought pizza shell, whole-grain or gluten free
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 6 - 8 anchovies, optional
  • Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, to taste
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
  • Place pizza crust on a crisper or a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Spoon Marinara Sauce over dough and spread to edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then olives. Add anchovies, if using, then sprinkle with Seasoning, Sea Salt, and Pepper.
  • Bake until edges are crispy and cheese has melted, 8 - 10 minutes.
