Moroccan Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Moroccan Seasoning
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, coarsely ground
  • 2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Add wings, tossing to coat. Wings can be cooked immediately or marinated in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • To cook, arrange prepared wings on a parchment-lined Sheet Pan and bake for 20 minutes. Broil wings for 30 minutes on each side, or until crisp and brown.
