Skip the expensive takeout! Vanessa Moreau created a veggie pizza recipe that’s got a dairy-free cheese sauce. It’s all flavour and no compromise, thanks to Modern Mac Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Modern Mac Seasoning
  • 2 cups unsweetened oat milk, or milk of your choice
  • 4 naans
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil, optional
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Balsamic reduction, optional

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Place seasoning in a large, microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Gradually whisk in milk, 1⁄4 cup at a time, whisking well between additions. Microwave, uncovered, on high 4–5 min, or until creamy.
  • Meanwhile, slice peppers, eggplant, and zucchini. Quarter tomatoes.
  • Place naan on pan. Spread prepared sauce over naan and top with prepared veggies. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
  • Bake 15–20 min or until naan is golden and crisp.
  • Top pizzas with spinach and drizzle with balsamic reduction and optional toppings, if desired.
