Miso Ginger Nourish Bowl

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups corn kernels or baby corn
- 4 cups veggies, your choice, cooked or raw
- 1 lb (450 g) Beef Tenderloin with Pinot Noir Sauce, prepared and sliced thinly against the grain
- 1 lb (450 g) beef tenderloin
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup Pinot Noir or beef broth
- 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
- 3⁄4 cup Miso & Ginger Nourish Dressing, prepared
- Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste
- Sea Salt, optional
- Black Pepper, optional
Preparation
- Arrange first four ingredients in four serving bowls.
- Drizzle with nourish dressing.
- Sprinkle with nutritional yeast topper and enjoy!
