A perfect bite-size lunch for kids! Epicure’s Mini Lunchbites are a healthier alternative to heavily processed, pre-packaged lunch kits.

Ingredients

  • 2 mini whole-wheat bagels
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix or Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 2 slices lean, low-sodium turkey
  • 10 grapes

Preparation

  • Split bagels in half and wrap up. Stir cream cheese with Lemon Dilly Dip Mix and pack into a small container.
  • Pack turkey and grapes into separate small containers. Pack all containers in an insulated lunch bag or box and include a plastic knife to spread cream cheese mixture.
