Ingredients
- 1 pkg Mexican Street Corn Dip Hot Dip Mix
- 1 brick (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups corn kernels, fresh, frozen, or canned
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
- In Square Steamer or baking dish, combine hot dip mix with cream cheese, corn, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
- Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6–7 min, stirring hallway through, until dip is heated through. Alternatively, bake in preheated 375° F oven for 15–20 min. Add a squeeze of lime, if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, baguette slices, or raw veggies.
